Personnel

Tuition is given to guard candidates and refresher courses are held for established employees.

All our personnel are ex-militaries and they have all passed a rigid selection process before they are inducted to Guarda Segura’s training school. There they receive various training such as; Moral and Civil behaviour, Fire Fighting, Radio Communications, Electronics, Company Philosophies and Human Relations. English language courses are provided for drivers, receptionists and those interfacing with expatriate workers. 

While on duty all Guards at their respective posts receive a meal from their designated Supervisor.

Our Human Resources department ensures that all employees receive their annual holidays according to law. If a guard becomes ill, or is injured during his/her tour of duty, he/she is treated at a private clinic especially contracted to  Guarda Segura.

Our staff remain the most important element of our organization and are fundamental to all of our endeavors.

  All Guarda Segura's employees are issued with a digital identification card. Cards are designed and produces "in-house". It is possible to combine identification cards together with access control cards. Cards are also produced for our esteemed clients.
